Children & Age Requirements

PixMorph AI is not directed to children under 14 years of age, or the minimum age required by local law to consent to data processing without parental approval.

Users under 14 must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

Information We Collect

Account Information

• Name, email address, username, and password.
• Billing details when you subscribe or purchase credits (processed by Apple, Google, or payment providers).
• Camera & Media — We request camera only when you choose to capture photos/videos in-app.
• Permission is optional and can be revoked in device settings. Media remains on device until you upload it. Uploaded media is processed to generate your results and may be stored in our secure cloud to provide features like history/re-downloads. You can request deletion at any time.

Usage Information

• Prompts, uploaded images, and generated outputs you create.
• Logs of interactions, device identifiers, IP address, and app usage statistics.

Moderation Data

• Content and prompts are subject to automated and manual moderation.
• Moderation data may be stored to enforce policies and improve safety.

Tracking & Analytics

With your consent, we may collect analytics data to understand how users interact with our app and to improve the Service. We use tools such as Mixpanel, Microsoft Clarity, and similar analytics providers for this purpose.

We may also work with advertising, attribution, and measurement partners to deliver relevant ads, measure campaign effectiveness, and analyze app performance. This may involve sharing certain information such as device identifiers, usage data, and purchase history with these partners.

These AI providers may have their own data processing practices and retention policies that we do not control.

We implement content moderation using AI services to ensure safety and compliance with our policies.
